Nomination, Election and Induction Procedures

Nominating Board.
Nominations into the World Supreme, World Superior and World Levels of HOFEST are accepted only from those who have been elected previously into the World Level of HOFEST and from their designated appointees and from their representatives forming a Nominating and Electing Board . These appointees and representatives are not ruled out as being candidates for election themselves. All appointments to this Board should be nominated by their sponsors with supporting information submitted to hofest@aol.com

Nomination period is once a year, from February 1 through May 31. After this date the nominations are distributed to the Electing Board. All nominations should be communicated through the Internet to hofest@aol.com During June, the nominations are distributed to the appropriate members of the Electing Board.

Election period is from July 1 through September 30 of each year.

Election results are compiled by December 31 and announced during January of the following year. As much as possible inductions will take place during February in the USA, coinciding with the National Engineers Week activities. However inductions should take place at the most appropriate time and location for each inductee.
